Delivery Information
We aim to deliver most orders within 5–7 working days from the date your order is accepted. Some large appliances may take longer — we'll always keep you informed.
UK Mainland Delivery
Most goods can be delivered free of charge to mainland UK addresses. However, not all larger items (such as washing machines and fridge freezers) are available to addresses in Scotland or the Islands. Smaller items such as vacuum cleaners, televisions, and home cinema equipment can be delivered nationwide.
You will be advised if delivery is not available to your location when you enter your delivery address at checkout.
Northern Ireland Delivery
We deliver across Northern Ireland and offer professional installation, connection, and old appliance removal for large items. Our team is based in Banbridge and Portadown — so you're buying local.
Out of Stock Items
If a product you've ordered is not available at the time of purchase and needs to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements and keep you updated throughout.
If you decide not to continue with the order, any payment you have made will be re-credited to your account within 30 days of the order being cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Checking Your Delivery
Important: Please check your goods upon delivery for shortages or damage, and make a note of any issues on the carrier's consignment note when you sign for the goods. Any damage must be reported to us by phone or email within 3 days of delivery.
