We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's what you need to know.
28-Day Right to Cancel
As an online customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 28 days of receiving it, for any reason — no questions asked. Simply contact us within that 28-day window and we'll arrange the return and issue a full refund within 28 days of receiving the goods back.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories included. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault within 28 days, contact us straight away and we'll exchange it or give you a full refund — whichever you prefer.
After 28 days, any confirmed fault within the manufacturer's guarantee period will be repaired free of charge. For large appliances we'll arrange for an approved engineer to come to you.

Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we confirm cancellation, any payment will be refunded within 30 days.
Returned Item Conditions
Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, in "as new" condition with all accessories and any free gifts included. Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected or subject to a deduction from any refund.
Lunneys Electrical will not accept cancellation of orders for items that are not normally held in stock but have been specifically ordered at the customer's request.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
