Prices

All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Prices may be changed without notice.

Contract

No contract is created until we have dispatched your order. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will not process your order and will alert you as soon as possible to cancel and refund any payment.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Pay Later options. All transactions are processed through our secure payment provider. We do not have access to your full card details at any point.

Products

Product images, descriptions and specifications are shown for guidance only. Colours may appear slightly different on screen. For detailed specifications contact the manufacturer. Some products may require set-up or assembly — please read all installation instructions before attempting an install.

Guarantee

All products are supplied with a minimum 1-year manufacturer's guarantee from the date of delivery, covering domestic use only. Faults caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect are not covered. For guarantees longer than 1 year, it is your responsibility to register with the manufacturer within 90 days of purchase.

Recycling

We offer free recycling of old electrical items when you purchase a replacement. See our WEEE Recycling page for full details.

Complaints

We aim to respond to all complaints within 3 working days. Please call us on 028 406 62223 or contact us online with as much detail as possible.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to hold a shipment in cases of suspicious activity relating to fraud or misuse of payment methods. If verification is required, we will contact you as soon as possible.
