This Hotpoint slimline dishwasher is made for smaller kitchens. It is just 45cm wide and stands freely, yet it holds up to 10 place settings. It comes in white and has a cutlery basket and adjustable feet that can all be set from the front.

There are 5 wash programmes, including Eco, Intensive for heavily soiled pans and saucepans, and Soak. The Rapid Wash cycle cleans a small load of lightly soiled dishes in 30 minutes. A delay timer lets you set the start up to 24 hours ahead, so the dishwasher can run while you're out. The upper basket and second rack are adjustable, and Flexiload lets you stand pans upright in the lower basket to free up space.

ActiveDry opens the door by 10cm once the inside reaches about 40°C, letting air circulate for a natural, improved drying result. The dishwasher has an energy rating of D, with A for both cleaning and drying performance. It runs at 46 dB and uses 9 litres of water per cycle. The Inverter Motor adjusts the water pressure, and the Overflow system protects against leaks. You can also connect it to a hot water supply of up to 60°C.

Overflow
Passive water protection system which detects leakages in the tub and prevents flooding in the house. In case of rupture of the tub, the water leaks into the lower compartment of the machine where the floating device triggers the fault alarm. Drain pump is activated and the tub is emptied.
