This freestanding Hotpoint fridge freezer splits its 270 litres of storage evenly between fridge and freezer, with 168 litres for fresh food and 102 litres for frozen. Hotpoint describe it as enough space for around 15 bags of shopping, so it suits a weekly shop. It comes in a dark Inox finish and is 54cm wide and 182.4cm high.

No Frost technology keeps air circulating so frost and ice don't build up, which means no defrosting. The Dual No Frost system uses two independent evaporators to circulate air around both the fridge and the freezer. Fast Freeze quickly lowers the freezer temperature when you bring in a lot of fresh groceries. The freezer has four drawers and can keep food frozen for up to 14 hours in a power cut.

In the fridge, a dedicated Fresh Zone drawer keeps salad and vegetables fresh for longer. There are two shelves and adjustable door storage, so you can fit in tall bottles and leftovers, and LED lighting lets you see everything inside. FreezerProtect allows the appliance to work safely in a garage or outbuilding at temperatures as low as -15°C. The door can be hinged on either the left or the right to suit your kitchen. It has an energy rating of E and uses 245 kWh a year.
