This freestanding electric twin cooker from Hotpoint has a 50cm width and a sleek black finish. It is 90cm high and 60cm deep. The main oven has a 63 litre capacity across five levels, so there is room for family meals. A light lets you check on your food without opening the door and letting the heat out. The separate grill cavity is useful for crisping and browning.

The ceramic hob has four electric cooking zones: two 180 mm zones rated at 1700W and two 140 mm zones rated at 1200W. Residual heat indicators show when the hob surface is still too hot to touch, even after it has been switched off. The cooker uses simple mechanical controls and has no display.

Cleaning is made easier with catalytic liners in the main oven, which help break down grease and fat splatters as you cook. The Diamond Clean steam cycle softens stubborn residue without chemicals, so you can simply wipe the oven clean afterwards. The cooker has an A energy rating.
