This freestanding Hotpoint gas twin cooker is 60cm wide and finished in white. It has a four-burner gas hob with matt enamel pan supports to keep pans steady, and a glass lid that shields the surrounding area from splashes. When the lid is closed it lines up with your work surface, giving you a bit of extra space while the cooker isn't in use.

The main oven has a generous 78 litre capacity, enough for a large family roast dinner, and the cavity has 5 shelf levels. Catalytic liners take in grease and fat splashes and burn them off as you cook, so cleaning is a case of wiping away any leftover residue. The separate top cavity combines a static oven with a grill, handy for crisping and browning food to a golden finish.

A digital display shows the clock and has a timer to let you know when your meal is ready. The cooker has an A+ energy rating and is controlled with mechanical single knob controls. It runs on natural gas, and a conversion kit for LPG is included if you don't have a natural gas supply.
