This Indesit slimline dishwasher is designed for kitchens where space is limited. It is 45cm wide, 85cm high and 59cm deep, and it stands on its own, so it fits into a narrow gap without needing to be built in. Even at this size it holds up to 10 place settings, with a cutlery basket included.

Six programmes are selected using a simple dial. These include Eco, Intensive at 65°C for stubborn, baked-on dirt, and a Rapid cycle for smaller loads when you are short on time. There is also a Pre Wash option. The upper basket is adjustable, which helps when you need to fit larger or awkward items, and the feet can all be adjusted from the front. The tub is made from stainless steel.

The dishwasher has an energy efficiency class of E, with A ratings for both cleaning and drying performance. The Eco programme uses 11.5 litres of water per cycle and 76 kWh of energy per 100 cycles, and noise emissions are rated at 49 dB. A salt indicator light is included.
