This freestanding Indesit washing machine has an 8kg capacity and a front-loading door, in a clean white finish. It spins at up to 1400rpm and has an A energy rating, so it suits busy family laundry routines.

The Push&Go cycle with steam washes and softens clothes in around an hour. Steam in the final phase relaxes the fibres and helps reduce creases, which can cut down on ironing. Cotton + Steam and Shirts + Steam cycles use the same approach for everyday cottons and shirts. For quicker washes there are rapid cycles, including a 14-minute Express cycle for small loads. The Fast Mode option can also shorten the wash time on selected cycles.

A dedicated Wool Care cycle looks after your woollens, and the Inverter Motor is designed to keep vibration and noise down while improving efficiency. Water Balance Plus adjusts the amount of water to each cycle, the Delay option lets you set a wash to finish when it suits you, and the Keylock helps prevent the controls being changed by accident. The machine is 84.9cm high, 60cm wide and 54.6cm deep, with a Big Digit display.
