This freestanding Indesit washing machine has a 9kg drum and a front-loading door, which makes it a practical choice for busy family homes. It has a maximum spin speed of 1400 rpm and an A energy rating. It comes in white and measures 60cm wide, 84.9cm high and 54.6cm deep.

Push&Go with Steam washes your clothes and then steams them at the end of the cycle, which helps to soften fabrics and reduce creases. The whole cycle takes about an hour. Cotton + Steam and Shirts + Steam use the same steam finish to relax the fibres. There are also two rapid cycles for lightly soiled items. They take 20 minutes for small loads and 45 minutes for full loads. Express 14 washes a few items in 14 minutes, and Fast Mode can shorten selected cycles. A dedicated Wool Care cycle looks after woollens.

The Inverter Motor aims to improve energy efficiency and wash results while keeping vibration and noise down, including during the spin. Water Balance Plus adjusts the water used to suit each cycle. The Delay option lets you set a wash to finish at a time that suits you, and Keylock stops little hands changing the settings. The Big Digit display makes the machine easy to read and use.
